Blogging is new to me. I swore I would be good at this from the get go. But here we are, 3 months after my first blog. My first barrel has been a success. Definitely a start, but nothing short of amazing.
Brickway Bourbon was my first barrel for Clout. My second, which will be roasted on Tuesday hails from the Heaven Hill distillery. Personally, I love the bourbons that come from Heaven Hill so I am eager to taste this batch.
Woodford Reserve was my choice for the third barrel. I can't wait to uncover coffee through every bourbon.
On a completely personal note, I have spent the summer moving my family from a small town to Omaha. More coffee and bourbon have been necessary. The journey continues.
