The Journey of the Barrel
What makes this release truly exceptional is the journey behind the barrel itself.
The barrel first held Queen’s Reserve Bourbon at Wood Hat Distillery, allowing the spirit to develop its rich character and depth. Afterward, the same barrel was used to age honey, infusing it with subtle bourbon notes and natural sweetness.
The barrel then returned to the distillery for another round of bourbon production, resulting in a distinctive honey-finished bourbon expression.
Finally, the barrel made its way to Clout Coffee, where our team carefully aged a fresh batch of premium coffee beans to absorb the layered aromas and complex flavors developed through each stage of its use.
This multi-stage aging process creates a rare opportunity to experience the full lifecycle of a craft barrel in one extraordinary cup of coffee.
