At Clout Coffee, we believe great coffee starts with exceptional beans—but great brands are built through relationships.

Recently, we heard from a longtime subscriber who was frustrated after a move caused an issue with her coffee subscription. After investigating, we discovered the problem wasn't anything she had done. Our subscription system required both the customer profile and shipping address to be updated separately, and we should have caught it sooner.

Once we fixed the issue, we sent her a personal email and mentioned something I remembered from years ago.

She had been the winner of one of our very first Keurig giveaways.

Her response made my day.

She couldn't believe we remembered.

She shared that one of the reasons she wanted to continue her subscription wasn't just because she loves the coffee—it was because she values supporting small businesses that truly care about their customers. She also recalled another member of our team helping her pause and restart her subscription during an extended work assignment years ago.

Those are the moments that remind us why we do what we do.

Coffee is what brings us together.

Relationships are what keep us together.
