Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options within the United States:
- Standard Shipping (5–7 business days): Rates calculated at checkout
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): Rates calculated at checkout
- Overnight Shipping (1 business day): Rates calculated at checkout
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over a qualifying amount. Check our website for current promotions.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website.
International Shipping
At this time, we ship within the United States only. We hope to expand our shipping destinations in the future — stay tuned!
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at Carole@cloutcoffee.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Clout Coffee is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
