The most common question.

I hear this question almost every day now. "Is there alcohol in your coffee?"

The answer: No. But some days I add some in.

The truth is, that the beans are roasted after they spend time in bourbon barrels. The high temperature from roasting and then the high heat when you brew keep any alcohol from remaining. What you have is the ohh so good flavor left behind. Adding more bourbon is optional and sometimes certainly necessary.
